We will accept returns of order that has been misprinted, not your art, printed in the wrong area, or shirts that you have ordered without any printing. There is a 30 day time limit to all return items. For t-shirts that have been ordered without printing there is a restocking fee that is passed on to our clients because they are passed on to us from the wholesale item companies.
Your order can only be fully cancelled up to 24 hours after payment has been sent. After this point there will be an art charge of 45.00 for cancellation because our art department has started working on your order. After you approve the art this order cannot be cancelled all the t-shirts have been ordered at this stage and it is ready to be printed. We do however allow art changes up to 24 hour after you approve the art.
What is the difference between a bitmapped .tiff and a .bmp file?
Yes. A bitmapped .tiff file is an image that has been scanned as or converted to lineart and saved in the tiff file format. There is either black or white on this image; no gray tones. A .bmp file can contain colors, and are generally very large in size and low in quality. We do not print from .bmp files.
You get white or natural t-shirts with whatever image you are currently printing on your order. The will be printed anywhere on the free t-shirt except sleeves.
What if I change my mind on the art I send to you?
You have 24 hour from the point of your approval to stop the printing and change artwork. If there has not been any change from that point forward, the printing process has begun and it cannot be changed.
Can I just order t-shirts without any printing on them?

You are responsible for sending the bad shirts, stickers or buttons back to us.
If your order is wrong because you didn't proof the images we sent you, or you picked out the wrong color, brand, size, etc, we'll work with you to reprint them, but we accept no responsibility for the error.

Setup is expensive. We have a minimum order of 250 stickers for an order because otherwise, it's just not worth the setup and printing. Trust me, you'll get rid of 250 stickers faster than you think.
When does the clock start for my job's turnaround time?
As soon as we've got final artwork and payment in full. We need payment up front and artwork before we can start processing your order. So if you're in a hurry, make sure you've got those two items ready to go so your shirt printing order isn't delayed.
For shirts before printing, your price breaks come in at 24, 72, 501 and 1001 pieces in the same color and style. You can mix sizes.
