CUSTOM PRINTED CLOTH CANVAS PATCHES
Cloth canvas patches are printed on heavy canvas, using the same high quality ink that we use for our screen printed shirts. We professionally cure the ink, then cut each patch to size. When they get to you, your custom patches will be ready to be sewn or safety-pinned onto anything!
FORMATTING FOR PATCH PRINTING
When setting up to print small patches, we tile the artwork on the screen, so we can print several patches on a sheet and cut them out.
There is no extra space in between each patch, meaning if you want to leave blank canvas space around your design (for sewing purposes) you must set it up that way in the art before sending it to us.
Maximum patch size is 12″x18″
PATCH CANVAS
99% of the time, we use 10oz canvas that comes on a roll. Sometimes certain colors only come on a slightly heavier (or lighter) canvas. If you need a very specific thickness, weight, or color, please contact us before placing your order to make sure we can fulfill your needs.
SCREEN CHARGES
Screen charges are included in the prices, but changing a color mid-run is $15 per color change.
TURNAROUND TIME
Standard turnaround time is roughly 2 weeks from when your order is paid for until ship, but heavily depends on our current workload and could take more or less time.
RUSH ordering is available, ask us about custom rush quotes.
ACCEPTED FILE TYPES
Preferably .ai or .eps
Also acceptable are .psd and .jpeg files, but must be sized exactly how you want them printed, and must be at least 300dpi!
If you have a low quality/resolution image/or sketches , it may require some work done on our part to get it print ready. For most orders this
service is free but under certain circumstances there may be a charge depending on the art type you may need.
DESIGN WORK
If you don’t have a design ready to go, no worries! We have lots of design experience in-house and we have several other artists and designers at our disposal if there is anything we can’t handle.
